In this immersion experience, leaders are taught the 7 Essential Tools required to design, implement and maintain an organizational culture and then witness the real-time use of these tools in the daily work of The Children’s Guild, UDO’s parent company.
Through this actual observation of the application of the 7 Essential Tools and the participant’s ability to immediately process the tool’s use with the facilitator, immersion participants can experience the effectiveness of the practices and identify the nuances of how the tools are utilized with real people in a functioning organization. Rather than the traditional “sit-and-git” training session, the immersion experience equips participants with the ability to immediately use the tools at a sophisticated level in their own organizations.
